Mr. Blue is dead. He has been dead for a long time. We will not waste our time mourning him, for he was not a good leader. He would leave us for months without any purpose to achieve, and for what? Team Blue Headquarters is in ruins and our agents have all but abandoned us here.

I'll be honest: I killed Mr. Blue.

Who am I? That is not important at all, for I am now the new Mr. Blue. You will not mourn our previous slob of a leader, for he was insufficient and he is no more, his negligence caused nothing but trouble.

Fear not, however, for I am a different kind of leader. I am kind and attentive. I will listen to your many woes and questions, I will try to help you as I can to improve your skills. Our previous leader could not care less about you or your abilities. He was looking for quantity, not quality. I know that some of you are but fledgelings, but all of you need inspiration. I offer this:

We will begin anew, new art, new assignments and a new spirit for Team Blue. Team Orange seems to be in a bit of a slump as well. Why not take advantage of their absence?

There will be a new way of making assignments, however. From now on, I will personally be participating in each assignment, and the assignment will be placed as the description for the piece. Each piece will serve as an example so that there can be no confusion about what the assignment is supposed to be.

I welcome you back brothers, hopefully I will not follow in the footsteps of my unfortunate predecessor.
